Estancia Pinot Noir

Estancia relies on boutique-style winemaking techniques, including whole-berry fermentation, gentle punch-downs, and basket pressing, for its estate-grown Pinot Noir. The Monterey-based winery uses only native yeasts to enhance aromatics. It uses gentle gravity-flow systems to minimize aggressive tannins and bitterness. Bottled at 13.5% alcohol by volume (ABV).

Aroma: Soft and rich with ripe fruit notes and gentle depth.

Palate: Ripe blueberry, black cherry, and plum balanced with creamy vanilla and light spice.
